Refund policy

At Memomm, we are dedicated to providing you with diverse products with one-of-a-kind materials to celebrate moments, to tell your personal stories or to gift your important people in your life. Also, we collaborated with our strategic partners to deliver professional yet strongly individualized customer experience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We'll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. 

1. For non-personalized items

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14  days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@memomm.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sollentunavaegen 32, 187 43 Taeby, Sweden.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. For personalized items

Please understand that this type of items are personalized and made to order, we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your orders carefully before placing them. We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Incorrect or low-quality photos provided by the customer
  • Incorrect name or text provided by the customer
  • Choosing the wrong product, size, color, or style

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace your order free of charge if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The print has manufacturing defects
  • The package was lost in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.

4. Order Not Received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  • We will track your shipment
  • If confirmed lost, we will resend it free of charge

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved (for eligible cases such as defects or wrong items, or non-personalized items), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have any questions or need help with your order, you can contact us via support@memomm.com. The more information you have about the cause of the problem, the more easily we can help to resolve it. To expedite your request, please include the following information:

  • Name on order
  • Your Order Number 
  • Some photos illustrating the issue
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund
